Membership FAQs
Rush tickets are special $20 tickets available for select shows. They are available only in-person at the box office, 30 minutes before the show begins -- and they are only available to City Opera House Members.
On the morning of a Platinum Series show, Members will receive a text message containing all the relevant details. 30 minutes before the show, the box office will open, and each member may purchase up to 2 rush tickets. Each seat is $20 flat, with no fees! You will receive the best available seats at time of purchase.
Rush tickets are available for our Platinum Series shows. Due to our contracts with artists, we cannot guarantee rush tickets for non-Platinum shows - but surprise rush tickets may be announced! We'll keep you in the loop with email and text communications, so stay tuned.

Your membership is valid for 12 months from the time you join. Silver and gold level perks (free tickets and tours) will renew on a yearly basis, even if you have a monthly subscription plan.
You will be contacted via email with renewal options. Monthly memberships will automatically renew each month, including after the initial 12 month period. To cancel, please contact memberships@cityoperahouse.org
Your credit card will automatically be charged each month one day before the date you joined. Example: A member who joins on the 4th of July will be charged on the 3rd of August, the 3rd September, and so on.
